Market cap is not calculated by multiplying price per share times "freely trading shares". I think Kens commons are worth something, don't you?

Come on Bubba, give us a detailed valuation spreadsheets for fun.

.75 per share would create a market cap of around 1 billion dollars. Yes, billion! Now that's a multiple.smile

You cannot truly "do the math" without projections, COGS, and the like. You can guess based on market conditions, relative sales in a given category, historical profit margins and so forth only.

Good stuff but trying to keep it real. GLTA

Better start thinking Dollars kids... 600 Million Free trading shares, 300 million from Yamani, 5 million for the "only the hood" deal, add Reader Rabbit to that... with nothing else Puts the current makert cap around .75 a share... anybody wanna do the math??
