BEARB8 i think that person who actually was in charge,sitting in office on that rig,making big money,managing day to day operations on that rig is responsible.There were some engineers on that rig complaining to him that something wasn't right but he wouldn't listen,was worrying about interruption of oil production and stated to those that express concern that that's not what they have been paid for.He is the one that will be sitting in jail with many others.Now how is Obama responsible for that?
Or the CEO who all he was doing was getting reports from his management team that was in charge of that oil rig.
