opinon only...I think the reason for the delay is probably trying to structure what happens with the shares that EXIT/CEO has and making sure that David Dion doesnt have a dumpfest the minute of the symbol change and news...I would have to beleive that guy must hold at least 50 million shares or more..Opinon only but they must be trying to figure out how to either do a buyout/share structure/etc...or have some sort of contract that he can only sell a certain percentage? Opinon only...and patiently waiting...
