I agree Charlie, but you can't say the latter doesn't happen. As long as they don't have to prove the Prs, at least down here anyway, they won't. Who are the ones that get hurt the most, guys like us who just want to invest in a company trusting that they are telling the truth. Its a tough system and theres no getting around it.
