Reminds me of CXTI.

Not saying that's the situation here by any means...but it reminds me of that one in that CXTI failed to file, fired everyone, and then were found not to exist. One of the worst scams I can remember in China small caps- yet it pales in comparison to US-based market scams (ENRON, etc.)
