This,,,,, I will call it a so-called business deal between SNRS and the so-called buyer? Seems to have a sense of urgency included with the deal. Now I say this because Rothman first released several PRs stating a 20 million $ purchase then more company's in Mexico interested in doing business with SNRS .....Which then in the next blink only days ago a buyout was in the works that had to be a done deal by June 1st 2010.....Now a deal of such an amount of money between 2 party's must have much more detail, imo......Also usually you would drag feet on both sides to make sure your doing what's best in the interest of seller/buyer........... So it is my opinion this deal was in the works long ago if there is an offer with legs on the table....The biggest thing that bothers me is why the share price is still so very low and why would'nt the would be buyer not purchase the shares at .0002 and so on. Now I do know that someone has been buying large quantities in the past in the billions and billions of shares and they seem still to not have been dumped back to the market. So the only guess I have is Rothman is the seller of the last days volunm or possibly longer. And the buyer has bought up a large majority of the OS..........JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT ..Oh and when I say billions of shares bought up it could be near or over 10 billion.............OK Let me have it Im running for cover..........LOL
