EVEN if they are diluting to buy cheap and resell, ONE THING MAKES SENSE, if BABKIE,"ZEVOTEK" gets retail, MANAGEMENT will get a HELLUVA bunch MORE MONEY for their SHARES, they definetly want RETAIL as much or more than you or me, BIG BIG BUCKS
