Have they come out with another PR saying it is not done? Until they do so I have no reason to believe otherwise. You saying that we were scammed is definitely not a reason to think this is not going through. Unlike you, I use numbers and facts for my beliefs instead of just throwing out opinions.
They already issued the shares to them. They owed them $1,000,000 in cash as well, which is now down to $990,000. Not a significant amount by any means but if you READ the reports it says they will be paying them off in monthly installements and not as a lump sum and are still figuring that out. They are making progress.
Stop throwing out unsolicited information you can't back up and if you are going to post statements about a scam, please back it up with facts because you have no credibility if you don't
