OK, Weiss is NO MORE, WalMart is NO MORE, Hayter has taken back the Shell. Make some phone calls and you can verify

On this point liable has been right

So someone else has not taken over the shell or Hayter himself will do something. My guess is a new Owner / Player

It is amazing how many look to IHUB for info instead of REAL DD
