the company's management is recommending a counter offer of .005 and it will communicate with its shareholders upon receipt of acceptance of the counter offer from buyer.

WTH lol

Aks all the shareholders if they want 0,003 for there shares or 0,005. Seems a crazy question to me.

The shareholders will be kept informed of negotiations as they progress.
