If Congress legalizes on-line gambling, I think I'll start a website for betting against these POS penny-stock companies. I'm sure the True Believers will lineup in droves to bet FOR their positions if challenged. It doesn't seem right that the promoters make all the money on these share-selling scams and I've been batting 999 in my long term opinion of these companies.

are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go
up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of
greedy suckers with money.
