i have my own opinion at what a "locked float" is. But in regards to your question, i believe its irrelevant to discuss this publicly on a board as it might spark a debate that will lead to off topic arguments. Anyhow I PM'd you my apologies in regards to the prior post and appreciate your concern with my posts. As previously stated, i will be cautious with future postings. Its a bumpy ride up at the moment as we pass through minor turbulence, but IMO it ETLS will smooth out :P.
