We are seeing the same thing. I have been watching for the volume spike and thought monday was the first of it. We had another small one on the 17th but we continue to fail to have the confirmation the next day. When we see the volume spike and then the following day confirmation, we should be well on our way. I haven't figured out how to predict the time of the run but by just averaging out history and seeing that its about every 1.5 months before the run.
