There are people who start up and run their own production companies and other people who get an idea to produce something, find backers for that project only, and divide the profits in accordance with the agreement. When it's over, they move onto the next project, which doesn't have to be related to the first.

Nazz being an acquisition target of QEDN, if real, may consist of only a small percentage of ownership in exchange for some heretofore unknown inducement. Details of the proposed agreement have not yet been released.

We are not buying into the movie business. We're buying potential -- nothing solid is on the table [yet].
