[OT] I’m very sure that the effect is real. Amphetamine’s dopamine boost is well understood, so the surprise would be if Adderall did not boost libido in a meaningful way. Regular Adderall has a stronger effect on libido than Adderall XR because the PK of the latter is unduly stretched out.

p.s. The “therapeutic treatment” you recommend at the bottom of your post works like a charm when it works (:- )^), but perhaps 1/3 of women aren’t into it. We ought to be careful not to over-generalize.
