Im not revealing my sources but what i hear is the company trying to buy them is a similar larger company who lost out a major contract to them with a major country. the contract may be worth 3 times the amount offered for all the shares. hence why they are wanting counter offers!!! i got this from a reliable source on wall st....... you can believe me or not i dont care. but i know what im doing with my shares. and im not telling!!!
