Some PRO's and CON's,that i speculate so far.... They dilute the share's for quick cash(too bad its only at .005s/p)...They need cash in these terrible market and they claim this is the best solution......The good part is they need that cash and nobody really knows how serious they are to grow this company in the billions....Billion share = could be billion gross income, then move on to different board(as the NASDAQ)....Still need time to figure this out...GLTA
