And for whomever saud GOING CONCERN is a normal clause, you are completely wrong. If you read the clause you will see that there is concern about the financial posistion and the continued loass.

It states, " If the Company is unable to generate profits and unable to continue to obtain financing for its
working capital requirements, it may have to curtail its business sharply or cease business
altogether."
