What part of the hand phantom and Dean's actual hand demo didn't you get? He was showing live 3D images. The skull fly through was an example of captured images in CT modality showing slices through the skull yet still providing 3D construct.

I don't know what else to provide you. If he had done the same acquisition with the hand people would be on here complaining that it was too simple. "Why couldn't he do a fly through of some other part of the body?" He provided images of one of the most difficult ROI's in the human body. I can't believe the level of detail just in the video images. I totally understand why he won't show the images from the production prototype.
