I don't know why people are expecting some huge miracle to happen once the PR is released. The only thing that will probably happen is it will raise to .0013 or .014 and by midday when people see its not going to be having the huge climb they've been duped into thinking it will, a huge sell-off will occur bringing it back down to .007 or .008 all in the same day.
