As a layperson the two most significant points in all of the aforementioned DD is the following:
1. Re: Rusty Ridge IOCG property's Rare Earth Mineralization being compared to the giant Olympic Dam deposit in Australia.

2. Lucky property has large tonnage copper deposits similar to those of the Zambia copper belt. Mineralization has been traced for appx. 8 miles with copper mineralization at a thickness of 300 feet in places. Lucky has drawn the interest of a major world class mining company, VALE. This sounds to me like a joint venture in the making.
