You said that you wished MM's would stop holding it down, specifically that NITE has been holding it down recently. Is not the very act of "holding down" a stock, manipulative? If you have proof of this manipulation of PPS, then please send it to the SEC. If not, please keep the wild conspiracy theories in check. I often read about MM's manipulating stocks in penny forums, rarely when the PPS is rising though ^_-. And never with a proof, let alone a good speculative argument. The stock has been trading in a 3% range since open above .1250. Hardly seems worth the risk of the SEC getting deeper up their butts.

I just get a bit tired of it and it freaks newer investors out.
