Arkait don't waste your time reponding to those who are here with an agenda. Megas full filled his legal obligation and reported the fraud, end of story. Even the original PR released stated Megas's attempt to be compensated along with his original shareholders by selling the shell to Mario was hindered due to the fraud that had transpired. Public record and they know it. The only negligence was that allowed by the DTC when they allowed any Joe Blow off the street to claim they owned a shell without verifying their claim as they issued and sold shares into the market place. Federal law has in place set actions and triggers to rectify errors of this type. Has anyone actually considered that Megas filed for a share exchange and has had two diffferent cusips issued alledgedly for this stock. There are possibilities of different cause and effect outcomes we have no idea yet about. Megas isn't showing any of his cards, but his annie keeps growing for the cost to enter this game when it begins. We have no SOL and we have no time line to get this started. The only thing we truely have are positions we were sold by our brokers who are obligated by federal law to deliver what ever those shares in time become entitled. Even with the fraudulent shares covered as verified by Pammy who printed them and after investigated by the SEC who finalized her involvement in Mario's crime everything fake was covered. EVERY thing else is simply just NSS waiting for the opportunity to be delivered when trading begins. That's why all the negative posterts continue to hang out. There's alot at stake and that includes jail time if they can't cover it out.
