It's just envy and we all know it. Miles Patrick A Kolling was on the BOD's for OMDA for a few months, then got fired and then he got sued. He agreed when it was over to stop bashing and attacking but for three years he hasn't stopped. It's his characterm he will never change. His very job was and is a debt collector and harraser.

Google search his Minnisota Attorney General suit against him and his company for the very same antics, they shut him down.

He did lose a lot of money allegedly but he's chosen to spend another five years since that loss trying to hurt the company, it's management and the shareholders.

I guess it hasn't worked, I kinda think he's good luck.
