This is serious now. I'm so pissed that I didn't realize the weakness once it broke 11 to the downside on the chart. Stupid me. I think there is just one explanation. Ok there are two. One is that their business has some real accounting issues like the basher on yahoo posts all day long which I don't believe. The second one is that according to one of the posters the Chardan prospectus for resale of their shares went effective on the 18th of may and look at the chart what happened the next day. In my opinion this is Chardan selling out lots of their free shares and warrants. We knew this could become reality but I didn't think that it would take the stock down so much.
