Do any of you folks know the current situation regarding the legal proceedings of Tronox VS Kerr Mcgee and Anadarko on the fraud issues. We hear very little on this and it is likely the most important hurdle on exiting BK.

Some of you sent me private messages that were unanswered as i am not a full member to this board.

The case of Fitzgerald and Tronox is availvable from the Nevada court by sending in a written request with a deposit.
Best deal is to call the court assistance and they will advise. Waiting time can be up to three months to get back.
Fastest way is to make appointment with court clerk and present oneself in person at court to get documents.

The value of the Fitzgerad estate can be substantiated with the courts in Washington state. I was made aware of the amount of 1.5 billion through a posting.The laywers representing
Tronox will substantiate.

Also are any of the cases still valid today
of Tronox share holder legal proceedings against Tronox/Kerr Mcgee/Anadarko. the action would be against the executive management of these firms in a class action case.
