Exactly, but I think they will force the PPS on SNRS to go higher tempting you to sellout because the company wants your shares before the merger. It may be TOOOO tempting if you hold millions of shares.
But consider this, if my scenario is correct. Its a win win situation if you hold out. Even if UPS is a scam you will make money off of new investors who will not go back far enough in their DD to figure out that it was once SNRS, probably more than if you sell SNRS at a nice profit.
But of course we should cover our a$$es first.
