I would imagine the ultimate game plan here would be to make United Power Solar the parent company eventually dissolving SNRS. I believe its called a downhill merger when a parent company dissolves into its wholly owned subsidiary. This would make sense as I don't see confidence levels in SNRS gaining any traction because of the history of the company itself. We would have to see legitimate sales from UPS in order for this to happen of course. Its a process of a wholly owned subsidiary taking over the shell of the parent company ultimately saving the subsidiary the process of becoming its own public entity. This is the first time I have been involved in a company that has just spun off a wholly owned subsidiary so I am learning as I go. From my findings(if i am correct as I might have misinterpreted) this would seem the logical way to go if these guys are legitimate. Also from what I have learned there is no reason for approval from shareholders making the process much easier.
