It's sure been a long time waiting on that 350 mil. I can't imagine what would take so long if the basic terms were already agreed upon. That's why I think this Inver group is just fishing around seeing what kind of deals they "could" make if they wanted to. I don't think they were ever as commited as the PR's made it out to be. But I'd like to be pleasently surprised and see it come through.
