I dunno. One such admission I chalked up to the arrogance and stupidity which permeates this administration, but to have another one several days later shakes credulity.

I wonder if it is possible that the "failure to read" was a cover to have plausible deniability should public opinion turn too strongly against them or something similar. Surely not even obama morons are not THAT stupid. Or something else that I have not thought of yet since I have not lost a lot of sleep wondering about it.

Or perhaps they really that arrogant and moronic.
