Ya sorry about the link I put a period at the end that messed it up. Here it is: http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2010/2010-26.htm . Its definitely the Market Maker and in my opinion its NITE due to the high volume they trade on this stock. Ya I'm suprised CBIS didn't take my short data more seriously, it really messes with investor confidence and getting runs going. I have filed a report to the SEC about it in the past, maybe they are looking into it...who knows. If you would like to file an SEC report as well, I will look for the link. Hopefully we will just get rewarded with an epic short squeeze and nothing will really matter!
