There were debt to pipe conversion shares in connection with the PAK-IT acqusition. If they used .80 as the purchase price it would be wrong under new 2009 GAAP rules. The purchase price would be much higher resulting in an increase in goodwill, an intangible asset that nobody gives a shit about, but it may get raised anyway. Also there was no goodwill recorded for the tape business. Add another $1 million or so in goodwill.
