Great result.....BUT....terrible judgement from management......DILUTION is NOT to shareholders best interest(the company CEO works for the SHAREHOLDER, (not to their best interest)....Buy-In would of had happened, if only they did not dilute the O/S....I'm not impressed by their tactics....will see my next move, after the Conference on 1st quarter earnings....No Dilution, the s/p would be at .054 cents(so in reality they were not lying).Same as 6 months ago when they had 28 million O/S(the s/p at the time reflected .34 cents s/p).....I DO NOT LIKE THEIR TACTICS......Time to ponder about this company very seriously.
