ONE THING I DON'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT SEC IS

WHY SOMETIMES COMPANIES PUMP/MISREPRESENT MORE OBVIOUSLY AND EVEN WORSE THAN ACLH BUT DON'T GET HALTED OR SUSPENDED. THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY REAL STANDARD WHEN ACTING.
