Mined Land Reclamation Board Meeting of May 13

Two CGFIA items were on the agenda:

For the first item, "By unamimous vote, the board denied the operator's request to hear the petition because it was not postured appropriately as a declaratory order."

For the second item, "By unanimous vote, the board accepted the operator's request to withdraw this matter."

Therefore, it appears to me that all matters concerning the Mill continue to be pending but check the Board's minutes to reach your own conclusions!
