As far as birthdays go - yours had more impact today than mine did last month (lol). Enjoy!! - also I might add that IMO Dean always has had the vision to make our dream a reality - just that when you have to rely on others outside of your immediate circle of influence to fulfill their part, they often have their own timetable that isn't always in alignment with his. However a competent CEO always has a back up plan, and they surround themselves with competent people that can jump in and salvage a situation when problems arise. That's the sign of a true leader...we have one in our CEO.
