If ERHE is to survive and is to become the successful company we all want it to be (no, this is not an an advert for the U.S. Marine Corp...lol), in my opinion all four of your events must happen and therefore I think there is, to a degree, intuitive linkeage amongst all four. To me then, the assignment of 90% is unrealistic. I think you agreed. The assignment of a more realistic % wouldn't be "worse", it would be downright awful.

And please...going forward, kindly avoid use of the verbeage "dilutes", "dilution", etc. That too (but on a different subject relative to ERHE) makes me shudder...as in "ugghh".

I'm not "bashing"...four carriers (HMS Offer, Keeney, Ntephe and Nick...lol) and holding.
