Zen can you review the segments of the latest 10Q pertaining to the note ? They have classified it as a note payable and I can't quite get through the legalese.. there is new language in the latest 10Q.

guys this stock is not my responsibility. It was a shell and holding through the R/S got it here to an illiquid state. It can turn out to be a winner but they need time.. review the filings in their full state before you come to any conclusions. I am not an insider.

I did sell a portion of shares today for someone else but am still carrying another chunk.
