I've never seen a man who has pulled himself up by his own bootstraps as Verges has done. The concept of acquiring emerging companies with new technologies is not new at all. Verges however has developed an acquisition strategy which minimizes dilution and maximizes synergy amongs his acquisitions. Great promise.
