NEP - not sure why it's T1 coded, but I have no reason not to believe @stockgod when he tweets:

"NYSE required them to halt the stock. stock remains halted until additional disclosure comes out. It means no more trading for $nep -- until they deal with the exchange. no news is bad news. i spoke with $nep IR. ...they did not file in time, until they file, and the exchange agrees trading will not resume. nto good."
