Correct the massive expense of a $2 million class action suit wouldn't be worth it especially since the lawyers fees would eat most of it. Only a complete moron would even think of a class action suit for such a tiny amount. Why not just write a check to a bunch of random lawyers instead?

Right now with the stock at $2.25 the suit that only exists in Fantasyland would be worth $750,000 if every single person signed on (good luck with that). So let's say $300,000 signs on. They'll get a refund and told to piss off or they can pay their lawyers $3 million to fight for $300,000 lol
