Seems like your thoughts are just as speculative as mine?! I speak out of common sense and logic. I am an investor in many stocks. If I had purchased into a PIPE and ONE DAY immediately after they issue HORRIFIC news which tanks the stock 50%+ I would be VERY upset. You are saying you wouldn't be upset??? You're down instantly 50%! Don't you feel cheated?

p.s. by the way, I have bought into several companies (Not JBII) so i know what that entails. I have bought pre-ipo private shares as well. I have also help fund private companies as well before they went public. So ummm yeah, i think i know what i'm talking about. If they had done to me what John did to the them, I would be seeking my lawyer as we speak
