My copy is the original newsletter from Patrick, but it's not dated (which I find puzzling). In any case I think we agree that we are both talking about the issue with the headline: "One Tiny Company Approaching the FDA's Most Lucrative 'Loophole'". Right? You are probably right that it was published on March 16, not on March 24 of 2010. In any case Cox's paragraph beginning "All the Lego pieces are already in the box, thanks to the genius of Dr. Anil Diwan, Dr. Eugene Seymour and a few others." was published in March 2010.

I think someone must have excerpted that paragraph, and perhaps others, and re-dated it 24 May 2010, in order to attempt to give the stock an additional boost. But I doubt that Patrick actually published the same paragraph a second time with a new date of 24 May 2010.
