nerachel, the only way he would not know is if he ignored the request from the SEC all together in hopes it would just go away.
I would find it very difficult to believe he did not know. If that was true, which I think it was, then he is obviously disconnected from reality and living in a penny stock fantasy land.
I did not hear his interview but if he presented anything that was not factual, accurate or current after the SEC suspended his company then he is doing little more but digging a bigger hole.
