I think a good question to ask now is:

Since we are now in the window of two weeks to a month or so as was announced at NASDAQ MarketSite, can we now be expecting the PR to come out from both companies; will there be a news conference with both companies represented; etc.

Questions like this should help narrow down the timeline I think.
