Maybe this is wishful thinking, but this SEC complaint seems like a crock. I think the company will figure it out and the halt will be lifted soon, but then of course the stock is going to plummet. But then it will probably bounce nicely. And, if they do get a contract with BP, which the company says they have worked with as recently as 12 months ago (which seems like it would be an easy thing to prove or disprove), this SEC complaint will turn out to be a total crock, and then the question becomes, Who did this?

It seems unlikely that the company would say they have worked with BP in the recent past if it wasn't true. If you're going to lie, you'd have to be pretty dumb to lie about something that could be so easily proved untrue.

Something seems fishy about this whole thing. MOPN has made the exact types of claims (May 6 PR: "MOP Environmental Designated as Resource by British Petroleum (BP) and U.S. Coast Guard for Gulf Oil Recovery")-- and MOPN seems like much more of a sham company than ACLH.

So, hopefully this will cleared up soon. We will see.
