What do you think John meant by the following statement on FB?

JBII: We are in a wait state. Our FL group is working with Withum on the review and as soon as they are done we will file our financials. . . .

Does FL group mean Florida group, and if so, why would they be the ones with the information needed to complete the revised financials. It seems odd that the parties in Florida would be key to addressing issues of media credits, or division valuations.

I'm probably trying to read too much into this statement or just clueless as usual, but I would appreciate hearing your take.
