ive moved it before with ETMM when they pulled this, but i only had enough powder to move up to .002 or something at the time

they will move it, but i belive they would only show up to a certain pps

an example bing yesterday, the same thing was showing, but a 6k order went off between the spread (so someone was hiding something, since that type of order should be visible)
