Called Chuck at 5:45 E.T. and did get to talk to him. I asked about business in general. He said business in Japan is good. I asked about U.S. acquisition. He said Kuni has a meeting on June 3rd from a group from the Far East and said they were bringing a few things to the table. I asked about dilution. He said not needed at this time. I asked about U.S. customers. He said he would know more after the June 3rd meeting. I asked if they were going to put out a PR or a promo. He said probably after the June 3rd meeting. Chuck also said Kuni is very positive and is building this brick by brick. I told him alot of investors were getting impatient and were a little worried about being a penny stock in the trips. He said Kuni is very positive and excited about the June 3rd meeting. The last thing I asked was, will the 4th quarter be profitable. He said most likely. And yes he is very easy to talk to. I would recommend every investor call him even if you have 100,000 shares. We need to be heard and let them know we are here.
