in regards to ETLS TA

Hey CD,

unfortunately that TA is the old ETLS TA. A fellow member and myself found this info. a couple of weeks ago and during our research we found that;

1. the phone number listed is no longer in service.
-and
2. as per http://www.sec.gov/litigation/aljdec/2009/34-59338.pdf
the SEC has ruled cease and desist of this particular TA.

But however, i also read from another member that being a pink the company can do there TA in-house. But unfortunately i have yet to find any empirical evidence to confirm ETLS has implemented such operation.

When i come across more free time this weekend i will continue to find more answers. I still suggest for those that were able to contact Mr. Uram directly, please try do so once more and maybe see if he knows the current status of ETLS TA.

I also agree with postings a couple of weeks ago, that the unknown TA could be a reason why the MM's are getting away with these manipulative games, but that is my opinion
